Dear prospective patient:

I offer comprehensive Services from psychiatric evaluations to some therapy and medication management, I offer a full range of services to support your mental health needs. My integrated approach addresses not only the symptoms but also the underlying factors contributing to your well-being.

  1. Access to your nurse practitioner during business hours. If I’m available, I will answer all calls when received. Texts are strongly encouraged since they are the quick and most convenient way for me to respond. If I am unable to answer, I will return voice messages as soon as possible.
    You can also send message through the patient portal which are usually processed within 1-2 business days. 

  2. Patients can schedule, cancel, and reschedule their own appointments via the patient portal.

  3. I try to be very punctual, and I am rarely behind schedule. Standard follow-up appointments are scheduled for up to twenty minutes, but appointment times are approximate with some going longer or shorter depending on your need.

  4.  Until December 31, 2024, all appointments will be telemed. After this date, if you are prescribed a controlled medication the DEA will require that you be seen in person at least twice a year.

  5. Prescriptions: all medications, including Schedule II Controlled Substances, are filed electronically with the pharmacy of your choice. No paper prescription will be written. Please let me know at the beginning of your appointment if your pharmacy has changed.

Comprehensive psych evaluation: $252.00 (1 hr. +/-)*
*required of all new patients 

Follow-ups: $146.00 (20 minutes)
